Its quite disappointing to see the team coming out of the tournament very early. A semifinal spot is very much on the cards until they play their first match against the windies. A lot was expected from dis team but the result takes us back to the humiliating memories of the 2007 world cup in the carribean. Ofcourse we had a good balanced side which is capable of turning out things in their favour but no excuses should be given to dis particular loss. The team didn't pose a gud fight nor it played at the top of its game. The weakness in the batting lineup is very well exposed by the ferocious windies bowling attack which constantly bowled the shorter ones knowing very well bout our inefficiency in facing such. Having lost the match against the west indians their chances of retaining the trophy was greatly questioned, but many said that the team will bounce back and outplay the out of form english side. The team tried to correct its mistakes it did against the west indians but the english team was already charged up and had good plans to outplay us!! once again the team failed to the short pitched ones... perhaps the biggest mistake was making the inexperienced jadeja to play at no 4 which has cost them their chance of entering the semis.. an experienced lad like yuvi would have made a difference if promoted up the order... now it is clearly evident that the team lacks unity after the rift between the captain and sehwag is exposed... having knocked out of the contest, the only thing the fans like us can expect is a good show against the south africans in their final outing;)
